ORDER PROCESSING
Our team works hard to prepare every order as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

DELIVERY
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, transit times are ultimately determined by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or local delivery delays.

DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped to the United States, European Union countries, and the United
Kingdom, there are no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside these regions, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Our shipping method includes door to door and free shipping on orders over €150 You will need to sign the carrier docs. We recommend filling out your work address or the address you are in during the day

SHIPPING FEES
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the United States and the European Union.

For orders shipped to destinations outside these regions, a flat shipping fee of €40 will be applied at checkout.

Please note that orders shipped outside the United States, European Union, and United
Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by local
authorities. 

These charges are not collected at checkout and, if applicable, may be requested by the carrier or customs authorities before delivery
