RETURNS
We hope you love your ME369 purchase.
If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 14 days after return label has been sent.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
We will provide you with a return label and instructions.


REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.

You can return the item you received, and once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item(s).

PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
Items purchased through boutiques, department stores, or other retail partners must be returned through the original place of purchase.

TERMS FOR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE:
Me369 will only accept items in their original package, with their original tags within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Clothing items must have not been used at all and must bear the label attached to them. 

We cannot allow return/exchange of an item that was used or whose package was opened. Items purchased on sale, are not returnable. Please contact us with any question by email to info@me369.co.
